San Marco Gluten Free Vegetale Pizza will be showcased at the prestigious Sial food show as part of the exhibitions innovation showcase. Sial is the world’s largest food innovation exhibition which takes place in Paris in October. The product has been selected by an international jury of independent food experts from across the globe.
The award winning gluten free vegetarian pizza has a thin gluten free base topped with a fresh tomato sauce, semi hard ripened cheese, chargrilled courgettes, red & yellow peppers, red onion, spinach and a sun dried tomato pesto. Other variants in the range include perennial pizza favourites, Margherita and Speciale.
The selected vegetarian product boasts a number of claims including being free from gluten, lactose, wheat and artificial colours and flavours.
